Partnerships

River City has two primary affiliations. These partnerships serve to build networks of like-minded churches, on mission, to reach people with the Gospel.

North American Baptist Conference

The North American Baptist Conference is a family of over 400 churches with more than 74,000 worship service attendees in the United States and Canada. North American Baptists are a diverse group of believers representing many cultures and languages. You’ll find us worshiping in small rural churches, large auditoriums, schools, storefronts, and homes

Acts 29

Acts 29 Network exists to start churches that plant churches. God is using our network to influence and shape the church planting culture through both solid theology and contextualizing the gospel. We will not waver on either of these commitments. We won’t water down our theology to reach more people and we won’t attack the culture in the name of Christianity. We are planting churches that are missionaries in their respective communities sent by Christ with the gospel (John 20:21).

Part of our mission is for the good of our city extending grace to others in Jesus’ name. Here are some of the areas in which we are connected locally:

Moms In Prayer

Moms in Prayer International impacts children and schools worldwide for Christ by gathering mothers to pray. If you'd like to get connected with other mom's to pray for our kids you can contact us.

Partnerships with Community Groups

New Life Center

The New Life Center is Fargo’s oldest and largest rescue mission whose purpose and pledge is to serve homeless and needy people through a program of spiritual, physical, material and emotional assistance coupled with education and public awareness.

Salvation Army

The Fargo Salvation Army assists Cass and Clay County residents in emergencies and offers a wide range of ongoing basic needs services. Physical, emotional and spiritual help is provided to anyone in need without discrimination.

Bethany Homes

Bethany Retirement Living is a Christian, non-profit organization providing personalized care to the Senior community in Fargo, North Dakota. They offer assisted living, independent living, basic care, skilled nursing, memory care, short-term rehabilitation and transitional care services.

Centre Inc.

Centre, Inc. is a private non-profit agency that provides rehabilitative services to individuals to achieve social re-integration.

Kaley Delaney & Wycliffe Bible Translators USA –  Kaley has been working with Wycliffe Bible Translators since 2016. She’s been serving in the Central African Republic working on the linguistic analysis of languages starting a Bible translation.

Acts29 & Compassion International – Compassion describes their main objective as Releasing Children From Poverty in Jesus’ Name. Acts 29 has partnered with Compassion which will result in the planting of new, gospel-centered, Acts 29 assessed churches in the neediest parts of the world. Each one of these churches which also will be linked directly with existing Acts 29 sponsoring churches. This means not only will children be sponsored, but gospel partnerships will exist amongst churches all over the world.
